Kizz Daniel teams up with Young Jonn, Krizbeatz, and
Wave Choir on his new Afro-gospel single, “Owo Oluwa.”
If you’ve been looking forward to new music from Kizz
Daniel, your wait is over. The Nigerian singer has officially kicked
off his latest musical rollout with the release of his new single, “Owo
Oluwa,” featuring Young Jonn, Krizbeatz, and Wave
Choir.
Translating from Yoruba to “The Hand of God,”
“Owo Oluwa” marks a distinct shift in direction for the artist. Moving away
from his usual dancefloor-driven records, Kizz Daniel delivers an
Afro-gospel-inspired anthem centered on gratitude, faith, divine
protection, and perseverance.
Throughout the song, Kizz Daniel reflects on navigating
life with caution and wisdom, referencing “ṣe jẹjẹ” while
emphasizing the importance of divine favour in overcoming past struggles and
maintaining peace of mind.
Sonically, the single opens with a house-inspired
arrangement before transitioning into a vibrant Afrobeat groove produced by Krizbeatz.
Young Jonn adds vocal support, while the harmonic backing from
Wave Choir gives the record a deeper gospel feel, transforming
it into a reflective and uplifting praise song.
The release also signals the official beginning of Kizz
Daniel’s upcoming studio project, Radio Gidi, with “Owo
Oluwa” serving as the lead single for the album rollout.
